What we ask for, and why it matters

  1. First utility bill after install

    We contact customers after they receive their first utility bill showing actual solar production. This is when real savings data is available.

  2. System detail confirmation

    We confirm the system size, installer name, and install date. No generic reviews without verifiable specifics.

  3. Before-and-after bill photo

    We ask for a before-and-after utility bill screenshot with account numbers redacted. This is the most honest savings proof available.

  4. No incentivized reviews

    We do not offer discounts, gift cards, or other incentives in exchange for reviews. A review given under an incentive is a paid testimonial, not a review.

A review without a system size and savings amount is not very useful.

Most online reviews say "great service" or "very professional." That is kind, but it does not help you decide whether to go solar. We ask customers to share the specifics so prospective customers can make a genuine comparison.

Why is the overall rating not shown yet?
We do not display a star rating or review count until we have real, verified reviews to report. Displaying a placeholder rating, even a clearly labeled one, can be misread by search engines as a genuine claim. We will display the actual rating once verified reviews are collected. This is the same transparency standard we apply to every piece of data on this site.

Where do your reviews come from?
We ask customers to leave verified reviews on Google after their system is installed and they have received their first utility bill showing savings. We also collect direct feedback after each assessment. All reviews posted on this page will include the reviewer's city, system size, and a confirmed savings amount. No reviews are incentivized, paraphrased, or invented.

Why do your reviews include system details and savings amounts?
A generic five-star review tells you little. A review that says "8.4 kW system in Woodland Hills, LA, under SCE NEM 3.0, saving approximately $140 per month" is actually useful. It lets you compare your situation to someone who has been through the process. We require system details in every review we solicit because they are the part that actually matters to prospective customers.

Can I see before-and-after utility bills?
Yes. We ask customers to share before and after utility bill screenshots, with any personally identifying account information redacted. These photos will appear in the gallery section above as they are collected. A before-and-after bill is the most honest savings proof available, because it reflects the actual bill, not a projection.

What if a customer is unhappy with the outcome?
We do not filter reviews. If a customer had a problem with the advisor, the installer, or the outcome, that review will appear. We address complaints publicly and in writing, because a company that only shows positive reviews is not a company you can trust.
